I would like to say. I have been coming to Premier Inn Clacton on sea for the last 5 years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff have always been on top form. With a special thank you to both Ashley and Marcia. They have been always welcoming from the first day to the last day. I have never been to a hotel where I have enjoyed the stay and the staff.
The hotel is a great location, right opposite the peir and very close to town, our room had a great view out to the beach, the bed is comfy and the blackout curtains helped us get a great night's sleep and a long lay in
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, smelt fresh and not stuffy like a lot of hotels. Air con was working along with all appliances. Great location right near the sea and breakfast was yummy with just the right amount of options available ! Ash on reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and managed to fit us in for breakfast last minute. Other staff members were friendly as well, seemed like a nice friendly team of staff. Highly recommend for a single night stay !
We have stayed here many times. Front of house staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast chef excellent. Rooms are getting a bit tired now and could do with a refurbishment. This is not helped by standard of cleaning which could do with overseeing!
Warm and welcoming staff the service is second to none all staff down to earth and friendly especially Emma I believe is the hotel manager total all rounder as are the other workers in the restaurant/ bar area the housekeepers more than willing to help out if asked aby was willing to help with any request as was Taylor one of the housekeepers there were a few others can’t remember all their names but all in all the hotel team at Clacton premier inn I think are doing a grand job can see massive improvements in the rooms since I last stayed well done to them all
Lovely and clean, beds as always very comfortable. Disappointed that the wall charger did not work, was told that some do and some don't. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, some of it over cooked and some of it cold, also you have to pay for parking at this hotel.
